Terms & Condition

Classes and Attire

  1. All Classes, both group and individual, will run for fifty (50) minutes.
  2. All Clients are requested to come appropriately dressed in workout attire for all Pilates classes.
  3. You will need to wear a pair of clean grip socks for all Pilates Classes.
  4. Please follow all our studio instructions given by our staff. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who does not follow our policies.

Payment and Package Validity

  1. All packages and classes should be paid in full prior to the commencement of any of our Services.
  2. All packages are valid for a three (3) month period from the date of purchase (“Validity Period”). Please try to complete your package within the Validity Period. Any unused classes after the Validity Period will be forfeited.
  3. All packages and classes purchased are final. No refunds will be issued.

Late Policy, Class Cancellation, Rescheduling and Timing

  1. All classes will start as scheduled. Please try to arrive at ten (10) minutes early.
  2. If you are late for a class, you may still join the class. However, you will only be able to join for the balance of the time remaining. No pro-rata of time or refunds will be given for the time that you have missed. The class will be deducted from your package accordingly.
  3. If you wish to reschedule your class, you may do so up to twelve (12) hours before your scheduled class time. If you cancel or reschedule your class after the twelve (12) hour mark, your class will still be deducted from your package.
  4. No shows will have their packages deducted accordingly.
  5. If you are feeling unwell and need to reschedule your class due to health issues, please provide us with a copy of your doctor’s letter or MC and will consider waiving the class package deduction.
  6. If in the event we have to cancel or reschedule any of your classes due to circumstances on our part, your package will not be deducted.

Wavier and Release

  1. You understand and accept that Pilates and Yoga involve physical exercise which carries an inherent risk of injury, aggravating existing injuries, and may even carry the possibility of death.
  2. You understand and accept the aforementioned risks, and you agree that you are taking part in the classes o2ered by us of your own free will and volition.
  3. You and your permitted assigns, expressly agree to waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless, MSS and its sta2 from any and all liability, weather arising out of negligence or not, for any injuries, damages or losses sustained as a result of entering our premises, participating in our Services and using our equipment to the fullest extent permitted by statutory or common law.
  4. Please take care of your own personal belongings when in our premises. We will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft to your personal property.
  5. Please take care of our equipment and premises. You may be found liable for any damage cause to our equipment or premises due to your own misuse, negligence or failure to comply with our instructions, procedures and policies.

Personal Data, Photography and Videography

  1. We value your privacy and will collect your personal information only with your consent.
  2. By signing this form, you agree for your personal information to be collected for the purposes of carrying out our business interactions with you which include, but is not limited to, administration,contacting and liaising with you, general business operations and marketing material and communications.
  3. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and our General Terms of Service.
  4. We may from time to time take photos or videos for the purposes of content and marketing. You may request for us not to use or image, or for any images to be taken down, at any time by informing any of our sta2 members. If you do not object or make such a request, we will assume that you have consented to the use of your image.

Amendments to Policies

  1. MSS may reserve the right to unilaterally amend or change any of our policies, pricings and our General Terms of Service without prior notice. Any acquiescence or indulgence by MSS of any of the terms set out herein or in our General Terms of Service, does not constitute a waiver of said terms.
