Serene

Co-founder | Dietitian & Pilates Instructor
Serene holds a Bachelor of Food & Nutrition Science from the University of Adelaide and a Masters of Dietetics from the University of South Australia. Her clinical nutrition experience was honed during her training in various hospitals in Australia.
Prior to starting MakeSense, she was previously the Head Dietitian at WL&H Medical, a Singapore based precision medicine company, where she worked with high-net-worth clients to help them achieve their dietary goals. During her time there, Serene trained extensively in the use of Nutrigenomics, which is the use of genetic data to provide customized dietary planning for clients. In addition to her regular practice, Serene held regular talks, trainings and workshops for corporate clients on nutrition and wellness.
Serene’s wellness journey brought her to Pilates where she fell in love with the movements and exercise. After becoming a certified STOTT Instructor, she founded MakeSense to fuse the two worlds of dietetics and Pilates together – taking care of clients, both inside and out.

Nok

Co-founder | Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Nok is a trained STOTT Pilates instructor full level 1 ; Mat, Reformer, and ICCB, and co-founder of MakeSense. Bringing together movement, mindfulness, and care in every session. With over 7 years of teaching experience in Thailand across both Pilates and yoga, she blends functional strength, gentle flow, and body awareness in a way that makes movement approachable for everyone.
Her teaching is especially supportive for beginners and elderly clients, guiding them to build a solid foundation through intentional, mindful movement. Whether in a private session or small group class, Nok’s calm presence, clear instruction, and eye for detail help clients move safely and confidently.
With additional training in Hatha Yoga (200hr YTT) and sports massage therapy, Nok brings a holistic perspective to her practice — one that honours the body as a whole system. She teaches in both English and Thai, and is passionate about helping clients rediscover comfort and strength through movement.
Beyond the studio, Nok is a coffee lover, cooking enthusiast, and roller skating weekend warrior.
